| Our streamlined automation can benefit your
organization
Our proprietary system was developed as the basis of a third party
service designed to streamline several responsibilities related
to music, television, licensing, film production and other
forms of media and entertainment. Details of customer products,
be they music releases, program licenses, etc., are set up
on our system, along with electronic payment information where
appropriate. As sales, distribution or other forms of measure
are provided, our program calculates who gets paid, and how
much those payments are. Expected payments are provided to
our customers who then review and approve them, along with
instructions on when they are to be paid. Our system then
creates an electronic payment file, serving as a clearing
house for payments between our customers and those they are
obligated to pay. Customers, as well as each payment beneficiary,
receive printed detail of what the payment is for, as well
as how the amount was calculated. Customers may choose to
receive electronic details of payments produced for upload
directly into their accounting system. They may also choose
to produce final payments themselves, based on the output
of our system. In any case, we work closely with each customer
to ensure their responsibilities are met with great efficiency,
and provide third party validity of amounts paid in the case
of audits or inquiries into those responsibilities.
